Q1. How much time does it take for an order to arrive?

Usually it takes 1-3 business days in all major cities of Kerala, for Tier II/Tier III towns it takes 3-5 business days, for rest of the India it usually takes 7-8 business days.

Q2. What are the delivery charges to my location?

We charge a nominal fee of Rs 29 for orders for any item, if you buy three pieces in one purchase you will get free delivery.[ only applicable with  in Kerala ]

Q3. How can I Track my order status?

You will receive the mail regarding your shipment details, and tracking id will be provided along with the tracking URL of the courier service. Also, you may visit the order tracking page to see tracking details of your order. Click here for order tracking.

Q4. How can I cancel or change my order?

  • You can directly cancel your order before shipment period from our store. To see the order status and cancellation option, please go to my account -> orders -> cancel.
  • You will get a pre-shipment confirmation call from our concern team. This time you may have to confirm whether if you want to cancel or proceed your order.
  • When your order is shipped, we are not to accept your cancel request. Please choose the return option.

Q5. Does awazzi.com provide cash on delivery in my city?

We offer cash on delivery (COD) at so many locations in Kerala depending on the pin code.

Q6. Do you accepts returns?

Yes, we have a 7 days ( from the date of delivery ) returns policy on all products. Used clothes are not eligible for return or refunds. For more details click here

Q7. I have paid via cash on delivery, how will I get refund?

We shall be refunding you back the amount either in your awazzi.com Wallet or bank account[for crediting the amount, please send your scanned bank passbook along with your purchase bill to info@awazzi.com.

Q8. I have paid via netbanking/debit/credit card, how will I get refund?

We shall be refunding money back into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase on Awazzi.com

Q9. My order has failed but my money has been debited from my account. Now what should I do?

Please e-mail us on help@awazzi.com with your purchased order number or transaction ID. We will immediately process the order so that you get your product as soon as possible.
