Cancel & Return & Refund

Cancellation

  • You can directly cancel your order before shipment period from our store. To see the order status and cancellation option, please go to my account -> orders -> cancel.
  • You will get a pre-shipment confirmation call from our concern team. This time you may have to confirm whether if you want to cancel or proceed your order.
  • When your order is shipped, we are not to accept your cancel request. Please choose the return option.
  • Awazzi.com will not Levy any cancellation charges.

Return

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Garments are hygiene products, so the returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Before you make the return, please make sure to Including purchase bill.
  • Deal & Discount items are never entertained for return.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to awazzi.com.
  • If you receive any missing/damaged products, immediately take a snapshot and send it on 90 61 65 76 76 or mail help@awazzi.com

Refund

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If the product is found faulty as per the policy return will approve, But it is not genuine, we will discuss with the customer for final closing.

 

  • Shipping, Cash on delivery charges, Payment processing fee are non-refundable.
  • If the customer returns a wrong product or not match with policy, Refunds are not eligible.
  • If a coupon, discount or special offer was a part of the original order, the amount deducted as well.
  • Awazzi.com is not liable to pay any damages due to non-delivery because of non-availability of the receiver.
  • If you opted for Cash on delivery, then please send your bank account details along with valid docs[Pancard or, driving licence or aadhar card or identity card]
  • If the customer requested he/she need the refund amount in the form of coupon then accordingly we will send you a coupon code to their registered email. [Forgetting coupons, please call 9061657676 or email info@awazzi.com]
  • If you placed the order using a Credit card/Debit card, the refund amount would directly return into the same card. It may take up to a maximum of 7-14 days depends on your bank policy.
